HOW TO USE
ASTRAL ALCHEMY: Use 1/2 to 1 TBSP of tea, per 1 cup hot water. Steep for at least 10 minutes, though a longer steep time may be preferred for a more medicinal effect.
LUCID: Add as much as desired to warm, running, bath water. Hold your quartz crystal or submerge into water, to amplify your intentions. Use this time as a spiritual experience to tap into your third eye chakra, connect with the spirit realm, and prepare for lucid dreaming.
