This blend is specifically targeted toward the musculoskeletal system and the subsequent pain and inflammation we experience in that area of the body like muscle soreness and joint aches. I formulated this blend while I was on a personal mission to alleviate bodily discomfort that was keeping me from sleeping well at night.


The herbal stars of this blend are California Poppy and White Willow Bark. California Poppy is a powerful analgesic with antispasmodic so its very helpful in providing relief from nerve and muscle pain. Willow Bark contains a constituent called salicin which is similar to aspirin and thus is excellent at providing much needed pain relief. Nettle leaf, Oatstraw, and Tulsi are additional nutritivite herbs that support the calming down of the nervous system, and supplement the vitamin and mineral needs of the body. 


**I would recommend keeping this as an evening tea, as California Poppy does tend to make most people a little sleepy.


PAIN RELIEF TEA comes in loose-leaf form as shown, in a 1 oz. bag.



    California Poppy, White Willow Bark, Nettle Leaf, Spearmint, Oatstraw, Skullcap, Tulsi


    Use 1/2 to 1 TBSP of tea, per 1 cup hot water.  Steep for at least 20 minutes, though a longer steep time may be preferred for a more medicinal effect.
