Roseberry Moon Milk is a loving embrace.

A slow down.

A self-reflective pause.

A ritual.

With its roots in Ayurvedic traditions, a warm, sweetened, herbal milk before bed is said to bring about sleepiness, calm, and renewal. I like to drink Moon Milk during Intention-setting rituals of the New Moon, and during the restless nights of the Full Moon when I crave that peaceful, grounding, energy.

This particular herbal tea is a heart-centered mixture of berries and flowers with the addition of licorice root to nourish the endocrine system, coconut milk to soothe the digestive tract, and cinnamon, vanilla, and cardamom to add some warmth, flavor and spice to the soft fruitiness of the berry and petal blend.

**this blend can be made without the powdered Coconut Milk - please leave a note in the "Intentions" box if you'd like your blend crafted without it

MOON MILK comes in loose-leaf form as shown, in a 2 oz. bag.

Elderberries, Hawthorn Berries, Schisandra Berries, Rose Petals, Hibicus Flowers, Cardamom, Cinnamon, Vanilla, Licorice Root, Coconut Milk

Use 1/2 to 1 TBSP of tea, per 1 cup hot water.  Steep for at least 20 minutes, though a longer steep time may be preferred for a more medicinal effect.
